WHEN DO I SET UP?

Your booking days include your set up and pack up days.

Please take your commitments into consideration when booking to allow for this.

on the first day of your booking, we recommend arriving at 10am to set up (11am Sundays). We will have your rack empty with coat hangers ready to go.

Please see our team prior to heading to your rack to confirm you have your labels attached ready to go! Please place all items in the rack, nothing can be hanging over the rack or sticking out of the rack confines in the floor due to fire safety.

Please do not block the aisles when setting up/topping up or packing up your rack. By having your tags already attached you can set your rack up in the shortest amount of time!

Only shoes may go on the floor under your rack, bags must be hung on the rack on coat hangers, so they do not become a tripping hazard.
